CANCELLATION POLICY

All clients are allowed a 10 minute grace period to be late. Anything over 10 minutes will result in a cancellation and loss of a deposit. All new and former clients must give a 24hour notice to cancel /reschedule their appointment. If it is less then 12 hours you will be subjected to lose your deposit. No show clients/same day cancellation will also be subjected to a loss of their deposits. Same day rescheduling will also be loss of deposit. All clients must have a credit card on file to book and will all need to pay a deposit to book a service. If liability waiver is not completed by the time of the service your appointment will be denied. Clients who show up with mascara/ makeup on the eyes will be charged a $10 lash bath up charge fee. Anything less then 30% of lashes left on the eyes will result in an up charge of a full set. Anything over 3 weeks will result in the up-charge of a full set
