I am a Rhode Island based Certified Eyelash Extension artist with 5 years of experience. I offer classic, hybrid and volume lash extensions. Cancellation Policy
All clients are allowed a 10 minute grace period to be late. Anything over 10 minutes will result in a cancellation . All new and former clients must give a 24hour notice to cancel /reschedule their appointment. If it is less then 24 hours or the same day you will be subjected to a charge of $25.00. If it is a full set and it is cancelled within the same day or 24 hours you will be subjected to a charge of $50.00.
All clients must have a credit card on file to book and will all need to pay a deposit to book a service if they are a new client. Clients who show up with mascara/ eyeliner or any makeup on the eyes will be charged a $10 lash bath up charge fee. Anything less than 30% of lashes left on both eyes will result in an up charge. Anything over 3 weeks will result in the up-charge of a full set pricing.
